Breakfast

We serve our extensive breakfast buffet between 6:30 and 10:45 a.m.

Offering our region’s best and most flavorsome produce to ensure your morning gets off to the perfect start. Sit down in comfort and relish the aroma of freshly roasted coffee, a delicate, steaming cappuccino or our selection of Sirocco organic teas, together with tasty bread from Val Colla and the Sciaroni family’s special salami from Ticino. Not forgetting, of course, a wide selection of Caseificio del Gottardo cheeses, which you can enjoy with fresh eggs supplied by the Consonni di Ponte Capriasca family, perhaps paired with fresh seasonal vegetables grown on the nearby Magadino Plain.

We have something to suit all tastes: sweet or savory, aromatic or stronger in character, dishes to warm you up on cool fall days or offer some relief from the summer heat, when you might want to indulge in our chef’s homemade iced tea. Our wide assortment is chosen with sustainability in mind by avoiding single-serving packaging, but also strives for the highest level of quality, aiming to meet your every need. We also offer gluten-free products and rice beverage upon request.
