IN THE ROOM
AIR CONDITIONING: individually controllable; keep windows closed.
"DO NOT DISTURB": please place the red card outside the room door. To "LOCK" the door, press the button under the handle.
SUSTAINABILITY: hanging towels means "re-use", towels on the floor means "replace".
If you do not require daily cleaning room cleaning service, just hang the red “DO NOT DISTURB” card outside the door.
VALUABLES: place your valuables in the room safe.
Hotel cannot be held responsible for unsecured valuables.
WiFi: accessible without password and free of charge in the whole hotel.
WAKE UP SERVICE: schedule individually your wake- up call on the bedside telephone.
TELEVISION: with remote control; Overview of TV channels available here.

Reception is attended 24 hours a day; Kindly ring the door-bell if the main entrance is closed.
BREAKFAST-BUFFET: on the 1st floor from 6.30 to 10.45 a.m.
Enjoy a rich selection of hot and cold dishes from our buffet.
Gluten-free products and lactose-free drinks are available upon request.
HONESTY BAR: self-service 24 hours a day in the lounge on the 1st floor, with payable drinks.
Coffee, tea and cappuccino are free.
ICE CUBS are also available anytime at the Honesty Bar on the 1st floor.
GARDEN, POOL & TERRACE (2nd Floor).
Towels available on site.
Enjoy a game of table tennis or chess. For Kids play area with pedal go-karts and table football.
CHANGING TABLE FOR BABIES: in the ladies’ room on the 1st floor.
UNDERGROUND GARAGE: 36 parking spaces (for a fee), maximum height 2.20 m. / 4 charging stations for electric cars, and E-bikes charging facilities.
In case of heavy congestion, two public car parks are in the immediate surroundings for parking under the same conditions as ours.
MUSEUM, 1st floor
The hotel celebrated its centenary in 2006 and honoured the anniversary by setting up a small museum: stories, items and milestones of a family and its hotel, proudly displaying the highlights of over a century of history.
CHECK-OUT: vacate the room by 11:00 am and return the keycard to reception; luggage can be stored on the ground floor.
If departing before 07:00, please pay your bill the evening before.
LATE CHECK-OUT at 13:00: (for a fee, to be booked the day before).
SHOE POLISHING MACHINE: in the men's room on the 1st floor.

ADAPTERS for various electronic devices.
BATHROBE AND SLIPPERS: available, complimentary.
ADDITIONAL BATHROOM AMENITIES: body lotion, hair conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush, shaving kit, nail file, sewing kit, shoeshine glove and shoehorn, stool, and anti-slip bathmats.
ALLERGY-FREE PILLOW AND DUVETS: On request, we provide pillows and duvets for guests suffering from allergies.
PILLOWS AND BLANKETS: a variety of extra pillows and blankets available.
UMBRELLA: umbrellas are available at the reception (while stocks last).
BREAKFAST IN YOUR ROOM: (supplement CHF 6.- per order);
Continental breakfast can be ordered in the morning and served in your room.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: hand in before 09:00 a.m., it will be back the next day by noon (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Fridays: Express Service (same day redelivery).
SELF-SERVICE IRONING: iron & board available on the ground floor, ask for the key at reception.
ANIMALS: pets are allowed with a small supplement (food not included) but they are forbidden in the restaurant, garden and pool area.
SEMINARS AND BANQUETS: a variety of solutions for seminars and banquets.
Ask for the conferencing kit at the reception.
EXCURSIONS: on arrival we offer the "Ticino Ticket" for free use of all public transport in the entire Canton of Ticino (excluding boats and ski lifts) www.ticket.ticino.ch
